It is possible that they've inserted those comments in response to the protest (as well as cancelled the preaching activity in the area on the 5th). Earlier this year over here they've rescheduled meetings in eight different congregations just to avoid the protest we had planned for Sunday. So yeah, anything is possible, because they do fear us.

November 2017 monthly program affected by apostates??
by neat blue dog ini recently watched a video about a kingdom hall demonstration from a link on this site, and in the comments on youtube somebody said this: .
i understand that the "apostate" activity this week has caused the wt/gb to change the content of the november jwbroadcasting episode and will delay its release until they can figure out how to spin this activity.. .
has anybody heard of this or is there any truth to this?

You know whats telling.... not once has anyone said they woke up to the truth about the truth over a protest like this. Not once. Not evem the dumb asses protesting woke up because of a protest.

I can assure you that your statement is simply not true. We had a person contacting us who woke up exactly because they saw us protesting earlier this year. I have reports of others. And no idea about how many started to wake up but didn't contact us. We also spoke to several "studies" at the convention and all said they will look what we've said up and if it's true, they will stop studying.
Now I'm not saying that the protest in Warwick was perfect. Probably far from it, because it was the first protest of this scale organized by those guys. If they keep going over time it will get better. But one thing I can see right now is your hostility towards those guys, which for me is totally unfounded. -

Congratulations to everyone who came for their courage and effort! Some might think that this is not a big deal, just one small protest which hardly anyone would notice, but it's the small rocks that start the avalanche. Here in Poland we started small as well and some even laughed at us. One year and five protests later many have changed their minds. We had hundreds of calls and emails from former & still-in JWs, as well as people who have JW spouses, thanking us for our efforts. Thanks to these protests people from the general public learned more about this harmful cult and if that prevents even one person from joining, I say it was worth it!

However I suppose it takes all kinds of methods to be employed to reach as many people as we can.
A dent here a dent their ,here their and everywhere and sooner or later a breach is made in the wall enslaving a Jehovah`s Witness to the cult masquerading as "The True Religion"That are exactly my thoughts. Doing this plus what's on Youtube plus various fantastic online resources for learning more about JWs - all this together has a unique opportunity to push this cult into irrelevancy so they hardly get any new converts and will slowly die.

Yes, I am polish :).The Polish are/where coming to Britain where there now 50 Polish congegations....
That's true, but the mass emigration to UK and other countries already happened several years ago, and for the last few years, at least from my observations not many new people went to UK. Also keep in mind that in the same time we had a big influx of immigrants from Ukraine, so that should pretty much cancel itself out. But we still noted highest decreases ever. -

I would suggest that ex-JW activists avoid doing the same thing even if it is something that the children enjoy
I generally agree with you, but its not that we want to engage kids in the protests to grab attention. If they are there it is usually because the parents wouldn't have anyone to leave them with while they're away, especially because some of those people traveled quite far to participate. Parents of this boy with a sign came all the way from Berlin, Germany (about 500 kilometers away from where the protest was held) and they didn't really have any family to leave him with back there.
I am sure that it has helped untold numbers of Polish JWs to give careful thought to what is happening in JW organization
This is already happening in Poland I think, the latest Yearbook showed a -2% decrease, second largest world-wide. Factoring in the baptisms, more than 3500 JWs left the org during last service year. Even if you say that 1% died, that's still ~2500 who left. And this trend is not new, Poland has not seen any growth for last 10 years :).

A full blown report will probably come some time later, but I wanted to put something out before the Warwick protest.
I understand that some of you may not like this kind of activism, but hopefully this video shows that it can be done in a peaceful, dignified manner. We have reports of both non-, ex- and current JWs who were moved by those actions and that lead them to breaking free from the cult or prevented them from joining in the first place. That is why I think doing this kind of work (alongside everything else people do) is necessary.

HELP needed from folks in UK, esp. in Scotland!
by WTS Archive intl;dr: if you live either in scotland or in other parts of uk and you don't mind traveling, you might be able to help a fellow ex-jw by being present during a courtcase where she alone has to face more than two dozens of jws who have ruined their business.
